As human being who have regular activities
everyday, we really need to pay attention to our fitness. Isn’t it
interesting to know that we as human being can’t even pause the day then stop doing anything just
to recover the energy? Indeed, the body needs a rest to recover the energy that
is used to do activities everyday, but not by pausing the day because it’s far beyond
human ability. We rest the body to recover the energy by laying on the bed and
closing the eyes in the night for a period of time. We call it sleeping. Normally,
human body needs to sleep for about six up to seven hours a day. On the one
hand, you will get troubles if you’re lack of sleep. On the other hand you will get
another problem if you sleep too much.
One of he problems nowadays that youngsters face is sleepless. Some of them
said it’s hard
to sleep because they got insomnia. Most of them have no idea why and actually
they don’t
really know what insomnia is. You actually should not worry too much about
insomnia. If you find it hard to sleep, all you need to do is paying attention
closer to your habits before sleeping. I am just afraid, it may not be insomnia
that makes you hard to sleep, but your habits before sleeping. Here I have
three most commonly used solution for hard-sleep people to maintain our
sleeping habits.
Make your belly comfortable right before sleeping. I am sure no one
in this world can sleep peacefully when the belly is troubled. Troubles here could be the lack of liquid or
you’re probably hungry.
When you’re in a thirst, your
body will absolutely work abnormally. For example when you are thirsty, the
brain will automatically detect you need water to suffice every body part that
needs water. Which means, your brain will receive multitude tasks to process.
This will be a serious burden for the brain that actually need to be focus on
sleeping. You will get the same trouble when you are hungry. Not only because
the multitude task of the brain but also the feeling when you are hungry will
make you sleep uncomfortably. It’s better for you not to be hungry or thirsty when you want to sleep.
Another solution, make your head free from any kind of burdens in
your daily life. Sometimes people think about so many things and forget that
the mind needs a rest too. Actually it is okay to think about so many things
but unfortunately people do that not in the right time. Thinking about problems
right before bedtime will bring another new trouble. People often think they
can’t sleep but they don’t know what the troubles are. One of the
troubles is that they bring their problems during the day into their bedtime.
Which makes their brain works again when it should be in a peaceful rest. It is
important to notice that before sleeping, the mind must be free from life
troubles. Hence, you will have more time to rest your body and mind.
Make sure you are away from any kind of gadgets. Especially
cellphone, which causes dangerous radiation. Actually not the radiation that
makes people can’t sleep, but life style
right now makes people really depends on their gadget. People more often check
their notification on the cellphone than checking their health to the doctor.
It is the fact nowadays that can’t be avoided almost by all the youngsters around the world. People
can’t sleep because they
tend to check notification too often which makes their focus on sleeping is
distracted. Actually it is not a real insomnia but it’s their life styles that force themselves not to sleep although they
are already tired.
You know exactly sleeping is an important part of your
daily activity. For the sake of your unstoppable daily life, I’m really sure,
paying attention more to your habits is a must if you consider sleeping is
important. Be so careful because life style could really affect your sleeping
habits. There is no way for you to say “I got insomnia” before you’ve done these three effective ways. As I said it
may not be insomnia, but the habits before sleeping that really matters to you.
